HABITS CALENDAR
Contents
The Habit Calendar is a wall planner designed to help you gradually transform your life through small, daily actions.
It combines an infographic, a 30-day challenge, and a daily planner — forming a simple yet highly effective habit-building system.
The idea of the calendar is based on three principles
1. Habits shape your life.
Our small daily actions determine our health, career, relationships, emotions and, ultimately, our destiny.
To change your life, you must change your behaviour — and behaviour is made up of habits.
2. Habits can be developed systematically.
Even 5–10 minutes a day dedicated to one small practice gradually changes your discipline, mindset and lifestyle.
Not quickly, but consistently.
“Fast” is simply slow, steady progress.
3. By changing yourself, you change the world.
A person who is healthy, organised, self-aware and emotionally balanced can contribute meaningfully to others and positively influence society.
Seven areas of development
We highlight seven spheres in which key habits are formed:
-
Physical development — health and energy
-
Intellectual — knowledge, learning, thinking
-
Willpower — discipline, efficiency, character
-
Social — relationships, communication, cooperation
-
Material — finances, work, wellbeing
-
Emotional — happiness, awareness, inner balance
-
Environmental — responsibility for the planet
A person who develops all these areas not only improves their own life, but also contributes to a better shared future.
🔷 Structure of the calendar

1️⃣ TOP SECTION — INFOGRAPHIC
This is “concentrated wisdom”:
short tips, practices and key habits collected from leading books, TED talks, research, and real-life experience.
Features:
-
The infographic is not tied to any particular month
-
Any infographic can be paired with any month
-
You can stay with the same theme for several months, changing only the calendar section below
This is your monthly focus.

2️⃣ MIDDLE SECTION — 30-DAY CHALLENGE
This is your habit-training tool.
-
A 30-day calendar
-
Spaces for daily markings
-
The option to choose 1–3 small tasks each day
Main rule:
no more than two missed days in a row.
Completed it? → mark “+”.
Didn’t complete? → leave it blank.
Advantages:
-
Up to three people can use it (three rows of markings)
-
Parents can easily track their children’s progress

3️⃣ BOTTOM SECTION — DAILY PLANNER
This is a tool for visually tracking habits you are currently working on.
Here you place icon-stickers, which help you:
-
plan your day
-
keep habits visible
-
remember previously formed habits when moving to a new theme
Features:
-
The planner is universal — suitable for any day and any month
-
The bottom section remains unchanged even if you switch the top infographic
🎯 The essence of the system in three words:
Focus → Repetition → Progress
